According to the data from the trading system, we inform that a listed company executed share buy-back on 24.06.2025 Interpromet AD Tetovo bought: 
-88 ordinary shares for the price of MKD 4.365,00 per share, through 1 transaction.

According to the data from the Central Securities Depositary we inform that on 24.06.2025 the following non-trade transfers of listed companies' shares were executed:

- Makstil АD Skopje - 110 ordinary shares
- Ugotur AD Skopje - 32 ordinary shares
